Saturday Morning Meditation

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until January 11, 2020
Meditation is a helpful way to relax the body and calm the mind. Join us Saturday mornings for a brief teaching followed by silent meditation practice. Afterwards, we enjoy tea together. A donation of $10.00 per class is requested, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
