SUMMARY:Land of Medicine Buddha Festival 2017
DESCRIPTION:Once a year\, Land of Medicine Buddha Retreat Center holds a grand day of celebration when the community comes together at their Wish Fulfilling Temple. They raise a 24 foot tall Medicine Buddha thangka (painting) between redwood trees\, host Buddhist masters who lead the Medicine Buddha Pujas (prayers)\, offer a free lunch of Tibetan mo mo’s\, music and dance offerings from many cultures\, kids activities and more.
