DESCRIPTION:4-16-25 update:  Rinpoche has been a very patient patient\, and his energy is returning day by day. Thank you sangha for all your prayers!  We will hold regular meditation this Saturday\, April 19th from 10am to 11am Pacific Time\, both in person and on Zoom. \nIf you have the time\, we would love some help pulling weeds at the Dharma Center after meditation this Saturday\, 4/19/25\, 11am to 1pm!  Every little bit of help helps! \nThank you Sangha!\n \n  \nMeditation is a helpful way to relax the body and calm the mind\, and it can help us connect to timeless\, deep inner peace.  Join us Saturday mornings as Rinpoche gives a brief teaching followed by silent meditation practice.   After meditation\, enjoy some tea with Rinpoche and talking together.  A donation of $10.00 per class is requested\, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. \nSaturday morning meditation is held both in-person at the Dharma Center and virtually on Zoom.\n\nPlease do join us for this profound practice. SUMMARY:Garden Volunteer Day
DESCRIPTION:Calling all volunteers!  We are hosting “Garden Volunteer Day #5:  Weeding with Warm Hearts”  🙂 Many hands make light work and we will focus on the happy weeds springing up after the rains.   Don’t worry\, they will spring up elsewhere!  We can help balance their immense success allowing our flowers more room to grow.  Our last garden volunteer day was in January before Rinpoche’s travel\, so there is much to do!  If you can lend even 15 minutes (or an hour\, or two) after meditation on Saturday\, April 19th\, 2025\, you will make a monk happy!  Thanks to all volunteers of the past\, present\, and future!   \nWe will supply:  coffee/tea/goodies and a few garden tools\nYou should supply:  your own garden gloves\, tools you like\, etc. \nMany thanks and hope to see you there! \nQuestions?  Contact Rachel at rachelichristo@gmail.com or 831-277-0529
