DESCRIPTION:The 19th Annual Amitabha Dechen Shingdrup with the Venerable Khenpo Karten Rinpoche will be held over two weekends in late August in Portland\, Oregon.  The annual event is hosted by the Northwest Tibetan Cultural Association.
