SUMMARY:Mind-Training Practice Series
DESCRIPTION:This session of weekly teachings will begin on several powerful and potentially transformative mind-training practices. These are the 7-point Cause and Effect practice\, Exchanging Self and Others\, and tong-len.\n\n\nThese teachings will be hosted by Bob Mueller\, with prior approval by Khenpo Karten Rinpoche\, and will involve several sessions discussing the background\, the basis for the practice\, the steps involved and how to work with them in our lives. It will include practice time and Q&A opportunities with each step. There will be the potential to continue this practice on an ongoing basis at our Center.
