SUMMARY:Saturday Morning Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday mornings for meditation practice.  In Rinpoche’s absence\, meditation class will be student-led\, with a brief reading from Rinpoche’s “Meditation 101” or brief video shown\, followed by silent meditation.  We will delight our teacher by putting his teachings into practice as we learn to consciously relax our bodies\, calm our minds\, and ultimately experience our own minds directly\, naturally\, and blissfully.   A donation of $10.00 per class is requested\, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
