DESCRIPTION:We will be in retreat on March 23rd\, so no regular meditation class.  We will resume again on March 30th. \nMeditation is a helpful way to relax the body and calm the mind.  Join us Saturday mornings as Rinpoche gives a brief teaching followed by silent meditation practice.  Afterwards\, we enjoy tea together.  A donation of $10.00 per class is requested\, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
