བདེ་སྐྱིད་མེད་པ་ནི་གཞན་ལས་རང་ཉིད་གཅེས་པར་འཛིན་པ་ལས་འབྱུང་གི་ཡོད་པས། ད་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་ང་ཚོས་རང་གཅེས་འཛིན་གྱི་བསམ་བློ་དེ་གཞན་གཅེས་འཛིན་གྱི་བསམ་པས་བརྗེས་ན། བདེ་སྐྱིད་འབྱུང་གི་རེད། Unhappiness arises out of a very strong sense of Self importance.  From now on, if we replace our self important attitude with sincere care for others, it will lead to happiness.
