All of us have habits of mind that we struggle to curb.   How can we train our mind in healthy habits and positive motivations?   Join us on Saturday, August 19th after regular meditation practice (which runs from 10:00am to 11:00am) for a public talk by Khenpo Karten Rinpoche on How to Change Bad Habits.

Rinpoche wrote about the topic:  “At its best, mind is that which proceeds to the city of Liberation. At its worst, however, mind is that which throws us into the swamp of samsara. Mind is like a crazed elephant, so strive in methods to control the mind.”
