Student-facilitated Saturday Morning Silent Meditation

Meditation is a helpful way to relax the body and calm the mind, and it can help us connect to timeless, innate inner peace. While Rinpoche is away, we will continue to open the Dharma Center for Saturday morning meditation. What better way to honor our teacher than to practice!
