20 ཐེངས་མ་གཅིག་ཕམ་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སེམས་ཤུགས་ནམ་ཡང་ཆགས་མི་ཉན། གཅིག་བྱས་ན་ཁྱེད་རང་གི་ད་ལྟའི་ཕམ་ཁ་དེ་སེམས་ཤུགས་འཕར་རྐྱེན་དུ་གྱུར་ན། ཕམ་ཁ་ཉིད་ཀྱང་ནམ་ཞིག་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུ་རུ་འགྲོ་སྲིད། Don’t become discouraged over a single defeat.
