Reflections on Retreat 2025
འདི་ལོ་སྟེ་སྤྱི་ལོ་༢༠༢༥ ལོར་ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་པའི་ཚེས་བཅུ་གཉིས་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་ཁ་སང་སྤྱི་ཟླ་བཅུ་གཅིག་པའི་ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔ་བར་ཟླ་གཅིག་ལྷག་རིང་མཚམས་ལ་བསྡད་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་མྱོང་ཚོར། This year, from October 12, 2025...to November 23, I stayed in retreat for over a month. ང་ལ་མཚོན་ན་ཆུང་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་བོད་གངས་ཅན་ལྗོངས་ནས་མདོ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ལ་ཐོས་བསམ་སྐལ་བ་མ་ཆད་ཙམ་བགྱིད་ནས་ལྷག་པར་དུ་གསང་སྔགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་ཟབ་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཆུང་ནས་དམ་པའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་མང་པོའི་མདུན་ནས་དབང་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་གདམས་པ་རྣམས་ཐོབ་ཅིང་། རང་ལོ་ཉེར་གཅིག་སྐབས་སུ་རང་དགོན་མཆོག་གླིང་གཏེར་གསར་སྒྲུབ་ཁང་ཐོག་མའི་ནང་དུ་དྲིན་ཅན་ཕ་འདས་པོ་དེ་དང་། བཀའ་དྲིན་འཁོར་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་དྲིན་ཅན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་བླ་རྒན་སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་འཛིན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རྣམ་གཉིས་སྐུ་དྲིན་ལ་བསྟེན་ནས་རྒྱན་གྲལ་དུ་མ་བཞག་ནས་གདམ་གསེས་བྱས་ནས་སྒྲུབ་གྲོགས་བླ་མ་དགུ་དང་མཉམ་དུ་ལོ་གསུམ་ཕྱོགས་གསུམ་འདུག་རྒྱུའི་གོ་སྐབས་བྱུང་། སྐབས་དེ་དུས་ནི་བསྐལ་བཟང་དུས་བཟང་གི་དུས་ཚོད་ཡིན་པས་མི་རྣམས་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ཆོས་ལ་དད་པ་དང་སྙིང་རུས་ཆེ་ཞིང་། For me, from a young age, I have had the good fortune
