7 ཁྱོད་རང་གང་ལ་འདོད་ཀྱང་དགའ་ཆོག ཡིན་ནའང་འདོད་པའི་ཡུལ་ལ་ཆགས་ཆེས་ན་དེས་ཞེ་སྡང་དང་ང་རྒྱལ་སོགས་རིམ་བཞིན་འདྲེན་གྱི་ཡོད།



 You can like whatever you wish. If you are strongly attached to it, however, this will eventually cause anger, pride, and so on.

Since attachment makes you unhappy, it is as if you are purchasing your own suffering. This is why contentment is so important.

Otherwise, it is like an elephant frolicking in mud that turns to quicksand.
