His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Daily Routine

All my friends and students, please watch this short video of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.  It is so good to see His Holiness beginning his daily routine, and it is also a chance to see His great sense of humor.  This is a positive way to divert one’s attention from the negativity in the news.
