This year, from October 12, 2025…to November 23, I stayed in retreat for over a month.

For me, from a young age, I have had the good fortune to engage in the study and contemplation of the sutras and tantras in the Land of Snows, Tibet. In particular, the profound teachings of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana have been received from many holy beings since childhood, through empowerments and instructions. At the age of twenty-one, with the kindness of my late father and the unfathomable kindness of my root guru, Lama Sangye Tenzin Rinpoche, I was given the opportunity to stay in the first retreat center…. for three years, three months, and three days, along with nine fellow practitioners. At that time, it was a fortunate and auspicious period, and people naturally had great faith and perseverance in the Dharma.
